The Warner Theatre Opens

1970s

Live Entertainment Era

The Lights Dim

Borough Council votes to allow partial demolition. The marquee comes down — but the lobby, staircase, and brick wall survive.

2011

A New Curtain Rises

Groundbreaking to transform the historic structure into a boutique hotel. The original lobby becomes the hotel lobby.

Historic Hotels of America

Hotel Warner is inducted into Historic Hotels of America, recognizing its legacy of preservation.
